The new Harvester trailer range has been engineered and priced to compete across the wider UK trailer market, while maintaining the exceptional design and build quality that Larrington Trailers are known for.
Like every Larrington trailer, the Harvester range is built from S275 steel that is folded and formed on our 8‑metre brake press and cut on our 8‑metre plasma cutter. This allows us to manufacture the body from a single piece of steel—unlike many competitors who weld together smaller sections. The result is a stronger, cleaner, and more durable trailer from the very start, with a superior finish to match.
The chassis is constructed from 300 × 150 × 8 mm RHS S355 steel. While the overall concept is similar to what some competitors use, we have incorporated several key improvements that enhance strength, longevity, and performance.
The half‑pipe body design of the Harvester trailer significantly reduces the tipping height required when unloading grain in to low buildings. The radiused sides allow the crop to flow out at a lower tipping angle—around 18° —this enables the load to clear more efficiently. This reduces the need to pull out of the shed, reset, and tip again to empty the trailer fully, making the unloading process faster, safer, and far more efficient.
